The hämorrhoiden  formation involves the vascular network present in the anal tubular structure comprising the last part of alimentary canal carrying out the blood circulation function in the area, besides functioning to control the stools evacuation. There is possibility of one or more blood vessels suffering pathological changes. The surgical treatment is the last resort in case the hemorrhoids are not responding to other treatment options.
