Ann Marie Borghese       Director of Publicity

Ann Marie and her husband, Marco, have been residents of the beautiful North Fork since 1999 - when they bought Long Island’s oldest vineyard and established ‘Castello di Borghese Vineyard and Vinery.’ Together, with their team, Ann Marie and Marco manage the winery and all aspects of wineyard life.  Ann Marie created two gallery spaces at the vineyard Tasting Room where local artists showcase their works. She has brought many cultural events to the North Fork, including concerts and an opera series. Ann Marie and Marco have three children - out of the nest! - and one much loved rescue dog named Brix.   www.castellodiborghese.com

Lynn Tonnessen       Director of Operations

Lynn Tonnessen was the owner of ‘Main Road Home’, a fabulous home furnishings and gift shop in Cutchogue that opened in 2004, where she mans the shop with her mutt, Sally (originally a ‘foster dog’ from ‘Stray from the Heart’ in Manhattan).  Lynn spent 25 years as a Set Decorator for major motion pictures and television commercials in NYC and is a member of IATSE Local 52. “Sally!  Please ... don’t bark!!!” is her all-too-often plea in the store!  www.mainroadhome.com  

Dawn Bennett       Executive Coordinator for Animal Groups

Dawn Bennett is a business owner and resident of the North Fork for 13 years.  Born and bred in London, she raised her three daughters in the Cutchogue-Mattituck District. Dawn and her husband, Mark, are currently ‘owned’ by three dogs: Lucy (a Chinese Crested), Doogle (a Golden Doodle), George (a toy poodle) and three cats:  Dolly, Mia and Charlie2.  Dawn is in sales at Daniel Gale/Sotheby’s and has recently launched her new endeavor ... ‘All Creatures Great & Small’ Pet Sitting Services.

Joel Leeds       Financial Director

Joel Leeds is a businessman, retired after many successful years in retail business ownership in NYC. A Cutchogue resident since 1999 and a dog person since the beginning of time ... Joel and his wife, Barbara, live at the mercy of two rather large rescue pooches: Sam and Lily.  Joel’s wife, an executive with Macy’s, has been known to say,  “If you grow another arm, Joel ... you can get another dog!”
